All in all a brand-new hotel and very nice stay. The staff and location were just very good. Positioned in the good area, right by restaurants of all budgets/types, Funchal, the center. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Convenient decor, the staff was quick to help. Magnificent view, a little balcony, very comfy bed, too. We enjoyed prime location, it was near things we needed. Impeccable service, satisfying breakfast.

Everything was modern, we had lovely 5 days here. Had absolutely fabulous suite with an extra bed, bath, a breathtaking view. Employees were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Ideal location to gallery.
